This is a fun flat bell ride that is a part of the 'Phil's Phlats' Collab with Phillip Schinbein to make a series of flat bell cymbals such as the 23" Phlat Bell China and Phil's Phifteens.

The bottom of the ride has an unlathed ring to increase the complexity of the sound.
