  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable.
  • Product images and descriptions are for illustration only and may vary slightly in colour, finish, or sound due to the handmade nature of many of our items.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Please see our separate Shipping Policy for details on processing times, costs, international shipping (including to Europe, UK, USA, and other regions), and delivery estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. We offer a 30 Day returns period for most unused items. Certain products (custom orders, clearance, or used cymbals) may be non-returnable. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, we may offer repair, replacement, or a refund with in 14 days.

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, product designs, audio samples, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Red Cymbals and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
